Omi beef
Meat that we are offering is the oldest brand cow in Japan "Omi beef". In the Edo era where carnivorous food was forbidden, exceptionally allowed beef production was the beginning of Omi beef. Among the many brands of cattle, Omi beef boasts an overwhelming long history. Fat is finely entered into the whole, it becomes a beautiful marbling, and there is a sweet fat taste. Fine meat quality and rich fragrance are highly appreciated.
Vegetables
Considering compatibility with Ohmi beef, I carefully select food ingredients where the taste of meat stand out. We make direct contracts with production farmers for each ingredient, and we offer fresh vegetables free from pesticides directly to the production area. Please enjoy the original sweetness of vegetables which can be tasted only by pesticide-free vegetables pulled out by the tradition of our pride of pride.

As for the soy sauce used for our shop's disbursement, we use the traditional recipe transmitted from Japanese ancient times and those made from natural brewing. Natural brewed soy sauce does not use any scientific additives, it is fermented with naturally occurring koji bacteria only with the power of nature, and it is completed through a long-term maturation process of two years.
